A small, private, consulting company is looking for a bookkeeper/receptionist/office manager to assist in running our home based office. Applicant must be familiar with Quickbooks to take care of invoicing and be able to handle an array of other tasks including bi-weekly payrolls, making bank deposits; filing documents, data entry, some HR support including health benefits, as well as answering phones and other administrative support/requests. Applicant must also have strong communication skills to keep track of employee hours as well as run interference.
