Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent training required
o 5-7 years related experience required

Responsibility level
o Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
o Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
o Knowledge of RESTful web services, .NET 4.0 (preferred; will accept 3.5), .NET WCF, MS SQL Server
o Working knowledge of XML and JSON

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Design, build or maintain web services, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media
o Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems
o Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems
o Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions
o Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces
