Fee Structures
MGD Services, Inc has two primary fee structures for permanent placement to fit each client’s needs:
Contingency Flat Fee Placement
In a Contingency Placement agreement, MGD Services, Inc is contracted to provide placement services for the client for a full-time position placement. This can include candidate searches, candidate qualifications of skills and experience, candidate verification including background checks and pre-interviews, coordination of candidate interview scheduling with client managers, escorting candidate through actual interview process, candidate offer and acceptance. Prompt and professional follow up and closure with any candidates not accepted for a position.
At the end of the Contingency Placement activities, if the client chooses to hire any qualified candidate that has been identified by MGD Services, Inc, a fee which is a percentage of the new hire’s annual salary is paid to MGD Services, Inc.
Time and Materials
An alternative to the contingency Flat Fee Placement model is the Time and Materials fee schedule. In the time and materials fee structured model, MGD Services, Inc acts as the recruiting arm of the client company and is reimbursed for time and materials. This fee is paid regardless of whether a suitable candidate is identified or not, however this model can be far more affordable for firms who need to creative with their budgets as the time and materials hourly bill rate is far less than a contingency fee.
