MGD Services contributes success to the combined use of recruiting best practices: a concierge style of recruitment dedicated to the wellbeing of both employers and those seeking employment, and the use of scientific assessment methodology that doesn’t mean you have to just take our word for it.

A current trend and need that is being identified and fulfilled by MGD Services to our Corporate Clients is Social Media Strategy. MGD provides companies with a clear and manageable roadmap to increased revenue through Social Media.
MGD Services has years of experience working in the IT Staffing Arena. We have a niche area of expertise is in supplying Quality Assurance methods and practices consulting personnel to corporate information systems departments (see our Quality Assurance page for more information). Our Quality Assurance personnel, which includes Project Managers, QA Managers, QA Analysts, Automation Test Specialists, CSV Auditors, Business Analysts, Technical Writers and Trainers, are involved in computer systems development projects from inception through the project life cycle into production and on into system maintenance and enhancements. We work closely with both the system development staff and the end user community to provide a system that meets the project requirements. As part of the quality assurance process we supply FDA Validation Auditors (See our FDA Validation page for more information) to the pharmaceutical industry to ensure their systems are FDA compliant. Another area of expertise is Records Management. We recently completed a records management implementation project for the CDC in Atlanta.
